If the SELLER is unable to obtain such authorization and wishes to cancel this Promise to Purchase for that reason, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER in writing within four (4) days following the expiry of the time period mentioned above. This Promise to Purchase shall become null and void upon receipt of such notice by the BUYER.

In the event that the SELLER fails to notify the BUYER within the time period and in the manner provided above, this Promise to Purchase shall become null and void without further notice or delay.
