HISTORY
This home is located on the second segment of Lartigue Avenue, between De Maisonneuve and Logan Streets. This narrow, fragmented street dates back to the late 19th century and was formerly known as Saint-Pierre Lane. It was renamed Lartigue in 1908 in honour of a Montreal bishop.
Today, although some homes north of Larivière Street have disappeared, those preserved south of Logan give Lartigue Avenue a distinctive charm, reminiscent of a quiet, intimate European village street.
