End of Lease: 15.At the end of the lease, the unit must be returned in the same condition as at the beginning of the lease. This applies to all inclusions of the unit as well as the general condition of the unit, except for normal wear and tear. 16.Tenant shall honor all visit requests from all prospective tenants or buyers, for which 24-48 hours' notice will be given.
