RENTAL CONDITIONS:

1) All rental offers are conditional upon a credit check, proof of employment, and references to the satisfaction of the LANDLORD. If the LANDLORD is not satisfied with the results of the credit check, they have the option to render the rental offer null and void by sending the TENANT written notice to that effect within 4 days of receiving the credit check. 5) No smoking (tobacco and cannabis), no cannabis cultivation;

6) Pets must be approved by the owner;

7) In the event of a lost key/access card, the TENANT will be responsible for the cost of changing/replacing the locks/access card;

8) Any change or modification of any kind to any surface of the premises (rooms, walls, or floors) may not be undertaken without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD;

9) The TENANT and their visitors agree to abide by the condominium bylaws/building regulations, and the TENANT will be responsible for paying any fines charged to the LANDLORD during the lease;

10) The TENANT agrees to pay all move-in and move-out fees charged by the condominium association. These fees are payable to the LANDLORD before the keys are handed over.
