End of Lease: 15.Upon termination of the lease, the premises shall be returned in the same condition as at the commencement of the lease, subject to normal wear and tear. All inclusions provided with the unit must be returned in good condition. 16.If the lease is not renewed, the Lessee shall accommodate reasonable requests for visits by prospective tenants or purchasers.
