Addendum
From the moment you step into the welcoming foyer, complete with two wardrobes, one featuring bespoke built-in cabinetry, the meticulous attention to detail is immediately apparent. The magnificent reception rooms unfold effortlessly around a central living room, elegantly flanked by a family room and dining room. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames spectacular city views from every principal space, creating an ever-changing backdrop that is equally captivating by day and as the city lights come alive after dusk.
Open to the dining room, the designer kitchen perfectly balances refined aesthetics with everyday functionality. A generous central island comfortably seats five, while an adjoining walk-in pantry keeps work surfaces pristine and the living areas beautifully uncluttered. An elegant powder room completes the entertaining areas.
Occupying its own private wing, the sumptuous primary suite offers a peaceful retreat. The bedroom, wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glazing on two sides, opens onto an exclusive private terrace overlooking the city. A sophisticated boudoir, a bespoke walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious spa-inspired ensuite bathroom featuring heated floors, a glass-enclosed shower, a freestanding bath positioned to capture the panoramic views, and a double vanity create an ambience worthy of a five-star hotel.
Positioned at the opposite end of the residence, the secondary sleeping quarters ensure complete privacy for family and guests alike. This wing comprises two additional bedrooms, both with walk-in wardrobes, including one with its own ensuite bathroom. A third full bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room complete the accommodation. A second, secluded terrace offers an entirely different perspective over Montréal's skyline.
Two indoor parking spaces (Nos. 213 and 214, P2 level) and a private storage locker (No. 204, P2 level) further enhance this exceptional residence.
