- Smoking, vaping, cannabis, and any illegal substances are prohibited in the unit and common areas.
- Small pets are permitted, subject to the lessor's prior approval. The lessee must disclose any pets to the lessor for approval before bringing them onto the premises. The lessee shall be responsible for repairing, or paying the cost of repairing, any damage to the premises caused by the approved pets.
- Airbnb, short-term rentals, lease assignments, and subletting are not permitted.
