5. Animals are not permitted unless authorized by owners.

The Lessee is responsible for reading the relevant condo rules, subsequently attached, established by the condo management and agrees to abide by these rules, and all future rules set out by them, upon signing the lease agreement. This implies that the Lessee is liable to pay any fines resulting from his/her failure to observe the condo rules.

7. The Lessee may not change the lock of the unit.

8. Properly use, operate, and safeguard the premises and all appliances and fixtures within the premises

9. Maintain the premises in clean and sanitary condition, and upon the termination of the tenancy, surrender the premises to the Landlord in the same condition as when Lessee first took occupancy except for ordinary wear and tear

10. The new tenant(s) will pay the first rent installment in the form of an electronic money transfer to the "RE/MAX DU CARTIER inc." prior to the lease signing.

11. If applicable move-in fee will paid by the tenant(s), responsibility deposit fee for moving will be paid by the tenant(s)
