The result is practical and elegant . . . and it looks just like an actual ceiling fixture! If you choose battery-powered lights, opt for rechargeable batteries, which are much more economical and durable.
3. Turn up the flame (warm and romantic atmosphere guaranteed)
Candlelit lanterns and holders are sure to create a warm atmosphere every time! If your space doesn't allow you to safely light a flame, opt for LED candles—they look just as good. There are beautiful ethanol tabletop fireplaces that fit easily into small spaces, and whose flame really has a mesmerizing effect!

Functional lighting can make your space feel warmer and more inviting. Lights along the stairs, LED strips placed under furniture, garden lights that trace a path along the ground . . . the trick is to choose warm lighting that will set the tone.
