- No animals are allowed - No satellite dish - No holes on the doors and minimum on the wall - No smoking (inside the condo), smoking marijuana (inside and outside the condo) and no vaping inside the condo - No change of locks without the agreement of the owner. The owner (and/or syndicate of co-ownership) must have a copy of the keys at all times. - No modification or alteration such as painting, installation of light fixtures, etc. is not permitted without the prior consent of the owner. - No signs, displays, flags, etc. is not permitted in windows, balconies or other common areas of the property. - The ventilation system, air exchanger, garage door remote control and other equipment are working properly. - Battery replacements, bulb replacements, filter cleaning and regular maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenant. - At the end of the lease, the property must be in the same condition as it was on the date of occupancy, except for normal wear and tear. - Lost items, broken equipment and/or damage due to excessive use, such as scratched or bumpy floors, damaged appliances, etc. will be the responsibility of tenant and will be repaired, replaced or repaired at the tenant's expense. - It is forbidden to sublet, Airbnb, or assign the lease without the prior consent of the owner. The tenant will pay the related costs. - It is mandatory to have rental liability insurance for the duration of the lease. The tenant can rent an indoor parking from the developper for $180 per month. The garage door opener is not included
