The tenant agrees that any subletting or assignment of the lease must be authorized by the landlord. Short-term rentals, including those via Airbnb, are prohibited.
- The tenant agrees to return the property at the end of the lease in the same condition as when it was occupied, except for normal wear and tear. All damages caused during the term of the lease are the responsibility of the tenant.
