Renovations:
- Windows were changed in 2015 and 2 thermoses at the ends of the Bay Window in the living room were changed about 5 years ago.

- The insurance company requested that the oil tank be removed, which was corrected in 2023.

- There was water damage in July 2023 due to a power failure that caused the sumpump to stop working, causing damage to the bottom of the basement walls. Insurance changed the bottom of the walls, some doors and the floating floor in the bedroom. No problems since.
