SALE OF THE GARAGE -- PRIORITY TO THE BUYER OF THE CONDO The garage attached to the unit may only be sold after a potential buyer of the condo has been given the opportunity to purchase it. Accordingly: 1.Any offer to purchase the garage will be conditional upon the receipt of an offer to purchase the condo. 2.The buyer of the condo has a right of first refusal to purchase the garage, up until the signing of the deed of sale. 3.If the buyer of the condo declines to purchase the garage, and only at that moment, any offer already received for the garage may be accepted and completed under its own conditions. 4.No sale of the garage may be concluded before the signing of the notarized deed of sale for the condo, unless the buyer of the condo expressly waives their right to purchase the garage.
