-The tenant shall be responsible for changing/cleaning the filters for the air exchange and
furnace as required. The landlord shall provide instructions for this upon occupancy.
-Pets may be permitted subject to prior written consent from the landlord, and subject to
reasonable restrictions as determined by the Lessor.
-All tenants must undertake to be solidarily liable for all obligations arising from the lease.
