The TENANT shall provide the LANDLORD with proof of personal property and liability insurance coverage in the amount of $2 million upon signing the lease or taking possession of the premises, and shall maintain such coverage for the entire duration of the lease.
With this promise to lease, the TENANT shall provide a letter of employment confirming their income.
A move-in inspection report shall be completed upon taking possession of the dwelling. A representative of both the LANDLORD and the TENANT must be present during this inspection and must sign the completed report. A similar inspection shall be conducted at the end of the lease term.
Minor repairs under $400 shall be the responsibility of the tenants.
The tenant acknowledges that if the snow removal contractor is delayed in performing the service, or is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond the landlord's control (including, but not limited to, equipment failure), the landlord cannot be held responsible for temporarily ensuring snow removal.
