1 - The Lessee shall supply a $2 million dollar liability tenant insurance policy prior to occupancy.
2 - Lessee shall provide satisfactory references & proof of employment.
3 - An inventory list of all inclusions (furniture, furnishings) will be provided by Lessor and will be required to be signed by the Lessee prior to occupancy.
4 - The tenant will respect all building rules and will pay any fines.
