- No pets without the prior consent of the LESSORS. - Smoking is strictly forbidden. - No consumption or cultivation of cannabis or other drugs. - The future LESSEES will provide a copy of their credit report as well as letters of confirmation of employment. All must be to the satisfaction of the LESSORS. - LESSEES must maintain tenanat insurance for their personal belongings with civil liability coverage of two million dollars. A copy of the policy must be remitted upon signing the official lease. - Rentals to a third party such as Airbnb or VRBO are strictly prohibited. - At the end of the lease , the unit will be returned in the same condition as it was at the beginning , save for regular wear and tear.
