All active equipment necessary for the proper functioning and operation of the building, including but not limited to: heating systems, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, water heaters, electrical panels, fire alarm systems, sump pumps, and any other mechanical or technical components essential to the building's use. Also included are all furniture and appliances currently provided by the landlord as part of any active lease agreements with tenants. (VIEW PREMISES and LEASES FORM)
