All prospective tenants who submit a Promise to Lease shall be subject to income and credit verification to be conducted by Gestion R&R. The lessor reserves the right to require the prospective tenant(s) to accept and agree to the terms and conditions resulting from said verification prior to the signing of any lease. Failure or refusal by the prospective tenant(s) to provide the necessary information for verification, or to accept the terms and conditions as required, shall render the Promise to Lease null and void at the lessor's discretion.
