-A complete pre-rental credit verification report from Oligny & Thibodeau (at the applicant's expense).
The LEESEE will provide a copy of their insurance policy to the LESSOR prior to occupancy, which must include coverage for civil liability for $2,000,000 for the duration of the lease.

-Pets may be permitted subject to prior written approval by the LESSORS.
-Lease assignment and subleasing is strictly prohibited.
