-The LESSEE shall maintain at the start of the lease civil liability insurance with coverage up to $2 Million for the length of the lease
-No commercial activities are allowed at the property
-No smoking (cigarettes, cannabis, e-cigarettes)
-No pets
-No short-term sublet rentals (AIRBNB)
- At the end or termination of the lease, the LESSEE must return the apartment in the condition in which it was received (clean and in good condition), based on the inventory that was made at the start of the rental, except changes resulting from aging, normal wear and tear or major force.
Any damage and / or repair beyond normal wear and tear will be repaired at the expense of the LESSEE within two weeks of the end of the lease. If any of the LESSEE's property, garbage or recycling is left in the premises, it will be disposed at the Lessee's expense
