PROFILE
RE/MAX AVANTAGES opened in Charny in 1991, in a
building that it owns. The office
has
been specially laid out to provide our sales
associates with a progressive and efficient
workplace.
The wide spread of its territory, its continued
growth and strong expansion contributed
to the decision to open a second office in Lévis
in 1995 as well as a satellite office in
Ste-Marie de Beauce in 1996.
34 experienced sales associates make up our
team.
In 1998, our business growth brought about the
purchase of a property to house our
local sales
team in Lévis. It's strategic location and
accessibility will provide our clients with
up-to-date
real
estate services.
OTHER SERVICES
An appraiser, a land surveyor and four loan officers are in close contact with our sales associates and prospective buyers. Advertising is sustained by a minimum of two pages in the local newspaper each week and on a broader scale in the magazine « L’IMMOBILIER RE/MAX » which is also published on the INTERNET. We also achieve good visibility through the Videotron network. A sales team works in cooperation with several builders and especially handles new houses to be built or that are in stock.

CHARNY OFFICE: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (from January 15 to June 15) LÉVIS OFFICE: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. At closing time, an efficient answering service will relay all calls, thus providing our clients with uninterrupted assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
