The franchise covers the territories of Beauharnois, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Soulanges and surroundings. We hold more than 50% of the local market.

In August 1996, we have moved our office to 121 Alexandre Street, suite 21, in Valleyfield. This new site gives us more visibility as we are now located right downtown, on the City’s busiest commercial street.

The opening hours are:

Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Thursday and Friday from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

To provide the best possible service to our clients, we employ four highly qualified secretaries. We also have three mortgage representatives who work seven days a week to find loans for our clients. We advertise weekly in local newspapers and once a month in the RE/MAX Guide. Many agents also organize « Open house » visits on Sundays, and events where other brokers are invited. We are members of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board for the M.L.S. To give you continuously improving service, our agents attend training sessions every year.
