I liked your website the way it was before. Why did you change it?
The old version of remax-quebec.com was put online at the beginning of 2001. Over time, we added new functionalities, such as displaying geographical maps, and then later, video tours as well. We have also been displaying more information on the properties listed. It therefore became obvious that the site should be redesigned in order to better integrate all the new aspects that have been introduced over the past few years and to continue innovating in the future.
What did you change?
In addition to redesigning the general appearance and adding "My RE/MAX", the most major changes made to the website have been in the way the information is presented, as our goal is to give you as much information as possible with the fewest possible clicks. For example, information on properties for sale, including all the photos, slide shows or video tours, is accessible, from now on, right on the same page, which prints out more easily, through fast conversion to a PDF. The search logic and terminology are identical to those in the old version.
Once you get over the initial surprise, it will take you very little time until you will be able to do your searches even faster than before.
What more can I do with the new version of the website?
With the new "My RE/MAX" section, you can save your search criteria and then let the website do searches for you. During your subsequent visits, by quickly glancing at the "My RE/MAX" section, you will be able to find out whether any new properties corresponding to your criteria have been listed since you last checked.
You may save the properties that interest you and consult the list at any time. You can even display them in a comparative table.
How can the new version of the website save me time?
The few minutes that it will take you to save your search criteria in the "My RE/MAX" section will save you a lot of time: You won't need to start over any more each time you visit the RE/MAX website!
The option of saving the properties of interest to you and of being able to display them in a comparative table will also save you a lot of time and effort. Say good-bye to little pieces of paper!
You ask me for my e-mail address when I register for the "My RE/MAX" section. What are you going to do with it?
A few minutes after you register, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. In addition, if you forget your password, this is the easiest way for us to send you a new one. You won't be receiving any other e-mails from RE/MAX and rest assured that we won't send your address to anyone for any reason whatsoever. For further details, don't hesitate to consult our PRIVACY POLICY.
The new functionalities seem interesting to me but I'll need help with them...
When you see this symbol (display the blue "?") in the upper right corner of the website, click on it and a short, explanatory video will be presented to you.
We're aware of the fact that you'll need a few minutes to become familiar with the new website; however, we're convinced that you will see its advantages very quickly.
